Peter is Head of Retail Operations at the John Lewis Partnership, leading the optimisation of the shop operating model in both John Lewis and Waitrose. This includes accountability for the development of labour models, workforce management and performance optimisation. Before his current role, Peter was in operational roles in Waitrose, John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
